Some Hindus accuse non Hindus of being communal and violent. Claims that only they are peaceful and most tolerant community in the world. Ironically these lines are said by them after hurling couple of abuses at other religions. Let’s have a look at communal violence perpetrated by Hindus. I am not talking about history which tells tale about bloodshed of Jains, Buddhists and indigenous groups in India by Hindus, But this deals with their deeds since Independence of India. It is impossible to post all communal violence as there were total 644 communal incidents in India in 2014 alone, 789 communal riots in 2015, 869 communal riots in 2016 and 723 communal riots in 2017 as per NCRB, so I will highlight only few cases. There are 6.6% Hindus in UAE, 13.8% in Qatar, 1.6% in Indonesia and 6.3% in Malaysia but in none of these countries we hear that there was a communal clash between Hindus and Muslims. It happens in India alone because Hindus are in majority. Before talking about persecution of minorities by Hindu extremists let’s have a look at intolerance within the Hindu community.

The National Human Rights Commission Report on the Prevention of Atrocities against Scheduled Castes says that, “every 18 minutes a crime is committed against a Dalit. Every day 3 Dalit women are raped, 2 Dalits are murdered and 2 Dalits Houses are burnt in India, 11 Dalits are beaten. Every week: 13 Dalits are murdered, 5 Dalits home or possessions are burnt, 6 Dalits are kidnapped or abducted.”

The incidents registered under the Scheduled Caste Prevention of Atrocities Act saw an increase from 5,082 incidents reported in 2016 to 5,775 in 2017. Incidents of crime related to Scheduled Tribes dipped from 844 in 2016 to 720 in 2017.

Bhagwa Love Trap

The term Bhagwa Love Trap doesn’t just mean that Hindus have trapped innocent Muslim girls but this term denotes all those cases of rape, harassment, and murder of Muslim women by Hindus. Hindus have been taught by their religion to sexually violate non-Hindu girls as mentioned in Matsya Purana about the story of Indra forcing non-Hindu women into prostitution. Muslim men are killed and even persecuted by the authorities and government for being in relationships with Hindu women, Hindus have passed so-called “Love Jihad” laws to prevent Muslim men from marrying Hindu girls, cases of kidnap and forceful conversion are lodged by parents of Hindu girls and Hindu organizations when the Muslim boy and Hindu girl elopes, a house and three shops of a Muslim man were demolished by district authorities for eloping with a Hindu girl in Madhya Pradesh’s Dindori district. Several Hindu leaders have openly threatened and instigated Hindus to rape and pick up Muslim women with impunity and none of them were arrested for passing such hate speeches, Yogi Adityanath’s men have even threatened to rape dead Muslim women by digging their graves. It’s not just Hindu leaders who have been instigating Hindu youths to rape Muslim women, Hindus promote Bhagwa Love Trap through movies and T.V serials also.

In several instances, rapists of Muslim girls were supported by the Hindu community as this is what their Dharm teaches them. They celebrate the rape of Vrinda by Vishnu as a festival called Tulsi Vivah. Five cops were injured after a clash with a Hindu terrorist organization VHP who were protesting the arrest of a Hindu boy who had raped a 17-year-old girl belonging to a minority community in Noida. 8 year old Muslim girl Asifa Bano was raped and murdered by a Hindu police officer, a temple priest, and other Hindus in Kathua, Jammu. Thousands of Hindus headed by two BJP leaders took out a rally in support of the Hindu rapists waving tricolor, one of those BJP leaders was later rewarded by BJP with a higher post in the party, and the family members of Asifa Bano had to bury her 8 kilometers away from the city due as local Hindus had stopped the funeral, several Hindu lawyers held a protest trying to protect Hindu rapists. In another instance, Abbasi, an advocate for the rape victim said police were trying to shield two rapists in Dholka city of Ahmedabad in which a former BJP councilor’s son was arrested. A Muslim girl was raped by her Hindu teacher in Himachal Pradesh’s Kushinagar, the furious relatives of the girl beat up the rapist which local Hindus didn’t like so they started a riot against Muslims and several shops were vandalized.

Even in cases of consensual marriage by a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl, the Muslim girl is converted to Hinduism. When the Hindu man has satiated his lust then he tortures his ex-Muslim wife, abandons her, and murders her. Mainstream English media in India doesn’t report cases of Bhagwa Love Trap, many cases in this list were taken from regional Hindi media, and many reports from non-Hindi regional media have not been collected.

Hindu convicts/accuseds granted bail

Courts are set up for giving justice to victims and punishing the culprits but what’s the use of such courts which grants bail to Hindu terrorists for killing non Hindus? Judiciary giving bail to Hindu terrorists is nothing but a mockery of the beautiful consitution of B.R. Ambedkar. Rajasthan’s High Court ex judge Justice M.C Sharma talked about so called benefits of cows, what justice can be expected from such Sanghi mindset people sitting on such prestigious positions of judiciary.
